Blending timeless Tudor-inspired architecture with modern high-performance construction, this thoughtfully designed custom home combines classic character with long-term comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.

Constructed using the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) building system, the home provides quieter interiors, healthier indoor air quality, improved energy performance, and long-term resilience while maintaining a warm and welcoming architectural character.

The homeowners played an active role in shaping the outdoor living experience and worked closely with the landscape designer to create spaces centered around relaxation, reflection, and connection to nature. A large screened porch with a built-in hot tub overlooks a drought-tolerant meditation garden featuring a walking path and fountain, creating a peaceful private retreat integrated into the daily living experience of the home.

MoistureShield composite decking was incorporated throughout the outdoor living areas for long-term durability, low maintenance, and resistance to moisture exposure. The homeowners especially appreciated the recycled material content within the decking product and how it aligned with the environmental goals of the project.

Together, the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) walls, custom Andersen insulated glass windows, high-efficiency mechanical systems, and sustainable site planning create a home that feels calm, solid, comfortable, and built to last.
