The home’s sculptural architecture, dramatic geometric forms, expansive outdoor living spaces, and bold interior design create a residence that feels both artistic and deeply personal. Throughout the home, carefully curated materials, vibrant color moments, custom lighting, and modern architectural detailing combine to create spaces that feel unexpected, expressive, and alive with personality.
Constructed using the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) building system, the home quietly integrates resilient construction, exceptional energy efficiency, healthier indoor air quality, and long-term durability beneath its bold architectural character. The result is a modern high-performance home that feels remarkably solid, quiet, and comfortable throughout the year.
During construction, the home experienced a severe straight-line wind event with sustained winds approaching 100 mph for nearly 30 minutes. While surrounding homes in the area sustained significant damage, this residence experienced no structural damage, reinforcing the long-term strength and resilience of the ICF wall system.
Inside, soaring spaces, expansive walls for art, polished concrete floors, dramatic stair elements, and carefully controlled natural light create an atmosphere that is both modern and warm. The home’s open living spaces were intentionally designed to support gathering, creativity, relaxation, and connection to the surrounding lake environment.
