Abode @ White Rock II is our newest East Dallas community currently under development near White Rock Lake and the Casa Linda area.

Building upon the success of the award-winning Abode @ White Rock community, Abode @ White Rock II continues our focus on resilient construction, energy efficiency, thoughtful design, and long-term livability.

The community will include ten single-family homes thoughtfully designed for modern Texas living. While the neighborhood is organized in a more traditional street-facing layout, the homes feature larger homesites with detached garages, spacious private yards, and room for pools, creating a balance between neighborhood connection and private outdoor living.

Lot Updates


Two lots in the community are currently reserved, including Lots 3 and 4.

Hoffmann Homes is preparing to begin construction on the homes planned for Lots 9 and 10.

  • LOT 9. The home planned for Lot 9 features just under 3,000 square feet of living area, including three bedrooms, a flexible office or fourth bedroom space, and two living areas. The luxury primary suite includes a freestanding soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and carefully designed natural light throughout the home. Clerestory windows bring additional daylight deep into the living spaces while creating an open and airy atmosphere.
  • Lot 10. Lot 10 is positioned on one of the larger homesites in the community and will feature a Scandi Modern architectural design. The home is planned with soaring cathedral ceilings and expansive windows oriented toward the private yard to create strong indoor-outdoor connections and a dramatic sense of natural light and openness.
